Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Handle user support requests through calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, and connectivity problems.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and other business applications.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor network performance and resolve basic network issues.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and update equipment records.
  • Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi Fi, routers, switches, and VPN connections.
  • Support cybersecurity practices including antivirus, access control, and data protection.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repair and software issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2—5 years of experience in IT support or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting and computer assembly.
  • Good knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi Fi).
  • Experience with printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, user management, and permissions.
  • Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues independently.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.
  • UAE experiences preferred.
