Responsibilities
- Assist in daily logistics operations and coordination
- Prepare and maintain logistics documents including delivery notes, invoices, and shipment records
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, warehouses, and project/site teams
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely movement of materials
- Track incoming and outgoing materials/items
- Maintain proper filing and record keeping of logistics documents
- Assist in preparing daily delivery and transportation reports
- Coordinate vehicle schedules and driver activities
- Follow up with suppliers and transport companies regarding deliveries
- Support inventory and stock movement records
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements
- Handle data entry related to logistics activities
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience as Logistics Assistant / Logistics Coordinator
- Experience in construction, warehouse, or project logistics preferred
- Knowledge of delivery coordination and transportation arrangements
- Good documentation and filing skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good English communication skills

Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1—3 years of experience as Logistics Assistant / Logistics Coordinator in logistics operations.
- Experience in construction, warehouse, or project logistics is preferred.
- Knowledge of delivery coordination and transportation arrangements.
- Good documentation and filing skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP/logistics software is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 5,000 AED 7,000 per month
