Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies according to project requirements
- Manage the complete procurement cycle from supplier sourcing to material delivery
- Review project material requirements, specifications, and purchase requests
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare commercial evaluations
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid project delays
- Maintain and develop relationships with reliable suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery commitments
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, QS, and site teams regarding procurement needs
- Review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
- Maintain procurement records, reports, and supplier databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 10 years of procurement experience with strong construction industry background
- UAE/GCC construction procurement experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP materials, and project requirements
- Experience handling large scale projects such as villas, towers, commercial buildings, or infrastructure projects
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of ERP/procurement software systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and urgent procurement requirements
- Good understanding of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements
- Leadership skills with experience managing procurement teams

Job Requirements

Pay
- AED 15,000.00 AED 20,000.00 per month
