Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and project safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
- Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and HSE plans
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure safe working practices
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training programs
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and prepare reports
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and safety documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors regarding safety matters
- Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe work procedures
- Lead emergency response drills and safety improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Safety, or related field
- Minimum 7 10 years of experience in construction HSE, preferably UAE/GCC experience
- NEBOSH IGC certification is required
- IOSH / OSHA certification is preferred
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and authority requirements
- Experience in preparing HSE plans, risk assessments, and safety reports
- Strong site inspection and safety auditing skills
- Ability to manage HSE teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and incident investigation
- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE documentation systems

Job Requirements
