- Lead and supervise all on site mechanical construction activities
- Manage and coordinate mechanical engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site related issues
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
- Ensure proper planning and allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Enforce HSE regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to project management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mechanical construction works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical systems
- Experience managing large scale building projects
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem solving skills
