About the Role
KitchenPark is seeking a proactive Site Engineer to oversee construction and fit-out activities for kitchen facilities in the UAE. The role involves coordinating with contractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, and supporting project delivery from design to handover.

Responsibilities
- Support projects from design approvals through construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations
- Coordinate with local authorities and support inspections and regulatory approvals
- Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available
- Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required
- Draw up work schedules and communicate adjustments to crew members and clients
- Gather data, compile reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions where required
- Work alongside civil engineers, structural engineers, architects and surveyors to ensure building sites are fit for purpose
- Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
- Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, or related field preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in site engineering, construction, or project delivery roles
- Industry experience in F&B related environments such as cloud kitchens, commercial kitchens, or food production facilities is preferred
- Experience supporting on site execution, contractor coordination, and fit out works
- Ability to work in fast paced, site based environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with local construction codes, safety standards, and authority requirements in Qatar is an advantage
- Must have your own car and driver's license

What You’ll Do
