About the Role
KitchenPark is looking for an Associate Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Riyadh. You will manage contractors, ensure compliance with building codes, and lead site inspections.

Responsibilities
- Oversee construction execution and delivery, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth on site execution
- Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Lead site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement value engineering
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
- Manage project reporting, including progress updates, risk assessments, and resource planning
- Review and approve contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and work schedules
- Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment of construction activities with project goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in Food & Beverage or restaurant construction
- Proven experience managing BOQ and costing across various scopes (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Gas)
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards
- Hands on experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and cost control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GoogleDocs, and construction management software
- Experience with FIDIC contracts, project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and quality control processes
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic
