About the Role
KitchenPark is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across processing centers in Saudi Arabia. The role includes facility management, inventory control, process optimization, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts
- Leads training and meeting sessions for the processing staff
- Works with Property Manager to ensure work around the facility is completed on an appropriate timeline
- Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees
- Works with Customer Success team to ensure licensees are ready for big orders/launches/spikes
- Manages ZenDesk tickets from open to close
- Troubleshoots processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues
- Reviews daily inventories and makes orders to replenish inventories when needed
- Performs storage and common area audits
- Reviews and reports KPI metrics to facility management and processing team
- Coaches new and existing shift leads
- Fills in shifts during call outs and provides general staffing help
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing teams across multiple shifts
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (essential)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in a multi site operations environment
- Familiarity with kitchen or food processing operations
- Experience with ZenDesk or other ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and workplace safety standards

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts.
- Leads training and meeting sessions for the processing staff.
- General handy person duties around the hub, a plus.
- Works with Property Manager to ensure work around the facility is completed on an appropriate timeline.
- Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees. This includes calling OFOS on behalf of the licensees.
- Works with Customer Success team members to ensure licensees are ready for big orders/ launches/ spikes in business.
- Manages ZenDesk tickets from open to close.
- Troubleshoots processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues.
- Reviews daily inventories and makes orders to replenish inventories when needed.
- Performs storage and common area audits.
- Reviews and reports KPI metrics to facility management and processing team; contributes to goal setting and planning.
- Coaching new and existing shift leads.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
