What You’ll Do
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst in our Real Estate division to support our team in sourcing new properties across Qatar, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis (ideally commercial real estate), financial modelling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Source new properties, landlords and local authority areas
- Negotiate with owner and/or landlords
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Qatar,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- An understanding of the commercial real estate market in Qatar,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
