Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor structural steel erection, installation, alignment, bolting, welding, and related construction activities
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to achieve project targets
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, and method statements
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Weekly Progress Reports
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Coordinate WIR and MIR with QA/QC teams
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and safe work practices
Requirements
- Experience in structural steel erection, fabrication installation, PEB structures, and construction works
- Ability to supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of IFC drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, and method statements
- Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Familiarity with WIR, MIR, and NCR processes
- Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe work practices

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate site activities related to structural steel erection, fabrication installation, PEB structures, and construction works.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor structural steel erection, installation, alignment, bolting, welding, and related construction activities.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
- Ensure all works are completed within approved schedules and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve site issues affecting productivity and project progress.
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, and method statements.
- Verify dimensions, levels, and alignment before and during installation.
- Coordinate technical clarifications and site issues with Project Engineers and consultants.
- Prepare site sketches and coordinate drawing revisions when required.
- Monitor daily work progress against project schedules.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Weekly Progress Reports.
- Coordinate with Planning Engineers for progress updates and recovery plans.
