- Supervise and manage all civil construction activities for warehouse building projects
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution
- Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, foremen, surveyors, and project management
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes
- Plan and monitor construction progress to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities during inspections and approvals
- Monitor productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
- Raise RFIs, site instructions, and technical queries whenever required
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of construction materials
- Verify material quality and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify quality or safety issues
- Work closely with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Site Engineer in warehouse building construction
- Strong knowledge of warehouse construction methodology including industrial foundations, structural concrete works, steel structure coordination, floor slab construction, external works and infrastructure
- Experience coordinating with structural steel contractors and MEP contractors
- Good understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and local construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred

Job Summary
- Client is seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Site Engineer with proven expertise in warehouse building construction to oversee and coordinate site execution activities.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
