Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day to day civil construction activities at project sites
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Execute construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor warehouse construction works, including foundations, flooring, concrete works, block work, plastering, and structural activities
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and subcontractors for work progress
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards and work progress
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and UAE construction safety regulations
- Maintain daily work reports and update management on site progress and manpower deployment
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions to avoid project delays
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage at the construction site
- Assist in project handover activities and ensure completion of pending works
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE construction industry
- Proven experience in warehouse construction projects / industrial building projects
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, finishing works, and structural works
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical plans
- Experience in supervising large labor teams and subcontractors
- Good understanding of construction materials, site coordination, and work sequencing
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and site management procedures
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Diploma / Technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Basic communication skills in English/Hindi/Arabic will be an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Foreman with strong expertise in warehouse construction, warehouse maintenance, and site supervision.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, supervising labor teams, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Candidates with prior experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, steel structure works, and civil construction projects in the UAE will be preferred.
