Responsibilities
- Prepare concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and material specifications
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and compliant with client requirements and project objectives
- Review and optimize designs to meet project budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and architectural samples submitted by contractors
- Prepare and submit architectural drawings and documentation for approvals from Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and clash free designs
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Provide technical support and clarification to contractors and site teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience with an Engineering Consultancy
- Proven experience in G+4 / G+5 residential and commercial building projects
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and approval procedures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software
- Experience in authority submissions and approval processes
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- Client is seeking a talented and detail oriented Architect to join our Engineering Consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in architectural design, authority approvals, project coordination, and construction support for residential and commercial building project
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and material specifications.
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and compliant with client requirements and project objectives.
- Review and optimize designs to meet project budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of all architectural deliverables.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and architectural samples submitted by contractors.
- Coordinate with drafting teams to maintain drawing standards and project requirements.
- Prepare and submit architectural drawings and documentation for approvals from Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities.
- Address authority comments and revise drawings as required to secure approvals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and clash free designs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience with an Engineering Consultancy.
- Proven experience in G+4 / G+5 residential and commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and approval procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Experience in authority submissions and approval processes.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days.
- Experience working on Dubai based residential and commercial developments.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination processes is an advantage.
