About the Role
Burjline Builders is seeking a Site Architect to oversee architectural execution of luxury villa and commercial projects in Riyadh. The role ensures compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and schedules while coordinating with consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities
- Supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Coordinate architectural activities with structural, MEP, and interior fit out teams
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
- Identify construction issues and propose technical solutions
- Prepare and respond to RFIs and Site Instructions
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Participate in snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience including 6+ years on site
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Arabic speaking is a must
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methodologies
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and material submittals
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards
- Familiarity with local building codes and authority requirements

Education and Experience

- Saudi Driving License is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Arabic speaking is a must.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methodologies.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and material submittals.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards.
- Familiarity with local building codes and authority requirements.
- Strong project management, organizational, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent client facing communication skills.
Working Conditions
- Site based in Riyadh with frequent visits to different project sites.
- Occasional international travel may be required.
