About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Signage & Wayfinding Design Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary design team. The role involves developing wayfinding strategies, preparing signage packages, and coordinating with various disciplines for large-scale mixed-use developments.

- Develop and review comprehensive signage and wayfinding strategies tailored to each development
- Apply user behavior analysis, visitor journey mapping, and experiential wayfinding principles
- Prepare and coordinate signage location plans, message schedules, design intent drawings, fabrication details, and full technical packages
- Coordinate signage and wayfinding design across architecture, interior design, landscape, lighting, branding, and MEP disciplines
- Review all signage typologies including directional, identification, regulatory, parking, emergency, and building directory systems
- Ensure signage design complies with project requirements, local authority regulations, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards
- Coordinate with signage fabricators, suppliers, consultants, and contractors
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, prototypes, mock ups, and installation details
- Support site inspections, installation coordination, testing, and final project handover
- Ensure the completed wayfinding system improves circulation, legibility, safety, and visitor experience
- Manage multiple concurrent project deliverables while maintaining design standards
- Explore the application of AI tools in wayfinding strategy development and design coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant experience in signage design, wayfinding strategy, environmental graphics, and branding coordination
- Demonstrated experience in large scale community developments, mixed use environments, hospitality, retail, public realm, and high rise projects
- Understanding of user behavior, visitor journey mapping, spatial psychology, and experiential wayfinding principles
- Knowledge of ADA, universal accessibility, and inclusive design standards
- Strong knowledge of signage materials, fabrication methods, typography, mounting systems, lighting integration, and accessibility requirements
- Familiarity with integrated wayfinding strategies addressing both physical signage and digital/interactive navigation elements
- Experience in GCC/UAE/KSA projects preferred
- Strong coordination, communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, and problem solving skills
- Consultancy background preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Signage & Wayfinding Design Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary design team.
- The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of wayfinding strategy and signage design, combined with an understanding of user behavior, spatial psychology, and visitor journey mapping, particularly within large scale, mixed use community developments.
- You will be responsible for delivering cohesive and fully integrated signage and wayfinding systems that enhance navigation, reinforce project identity, and create intuitive visitor experiences across complex developments.
- A consultancy background is preferred, and GCC project experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review comprehensive signage and wayfinding strategies tailored to the scale, typology, and visitor journey requirements of each development.
- Apply user behavior analysis, visitor journey mapping, and experiential wayfinding principles to design navigation systems that are intuitive and spatially responsive.
- Prepare and coordinate signage location plans, message schedules, design intent drawings, fabrication details, and full technical packages.
- Coordinate signage and wayfinding design across architecture, interior design, landscape, lighting, branding, and MEP disciplines to ensure full integration and design consistency.
