Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Lead, motivate, coach, and manage the showroom team including sales consultants, reception, hostess, and support staff
- Monitor daily showroom operations, customer flow, lead management, test drives, bookings, and conversions
- Ensure a premium customer experience and handle escalations, complaints, and special requirements professionally
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and alignment with brand standards
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and team productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of managerial experience in showroom management, automotive sales management, luxury retail management, dealership operations, or related leadership role
- Previous experience in automotive sales, showroom management, luxury retail management, dealership operations, customer experience, or premium brand management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong sales and commercial mindset
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Arabic language skills preferred
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, lead management tools

ROLE PURPOSE
- Lead showroom operations, manage sales performance, drive customer experience excellence, and ensure highest standards of presentation, discipline, and team productivity.
- Play a key leadership role in achieving business targets, developing showroom talent, and representing ROX UAE’s premium automotive identity in Abu Dhabi.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive showroom sales performance.
- Monitor daily showroom operations.
- Lead the showroom team effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure a premium customer experience.
- Maintain showroom discipline and standards.
- Support team motivation, coaching, and development.
- Supervise sales consultants, reception, hostess, support staff, and showroom teams.
- Monitor customer flow, lead management, follow ups, test drives, bookings, and conversions.
- Handle customer escalations, complaints, concerns, and special requirements professionally.
- Ensure showroom is clean, organized, presentable, and aligned with ROX UAE standards.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, showroom performance, team productivity, and customer activity.

WORK CONDITIONS
- Full time position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Showroom based leadership role with daily operational and customer facing responsibilities.
- Rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- May require extended working hours during sales campaigns, VIP visits, vehicle launches, events, month end closing, etc.
