Tri Vision Opticals LLC is seeking a Shopify and Performance Marketing Specialist to manage the Shopify store, run paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, and drive online sales growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Shopify store daily, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, inventory, collections, merchandising, banners, and promotions
- Take full ownership of online sales performance and achieve monthly revenue and growth targets
- Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and overall profitability
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital channels
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition
- Monitor and optimize the customer journey from acquisition to conversion
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, promotions, offers, creatives, and website content
- Reduce cart abandonment through remarketing, email automation, and checkout optimization
- Implement upselling, cross selling, and product recommendation strategies
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic
- Manage email marketing, SMS marketing, and customer retention campaigns
- Analyze website, campaign, and sales performance using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite
Requirements
- Experience managing a Shopify store
- Experience planning and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat
- Knowledge of SEO strategies and tools
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite
- Experience with email marketing and SMS marketing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Shopify store on a daily basis, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, inventory, collections, merchandising, banners, and promotions.
- Take full ownership of online sales performance and achieve monthly revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and overall profitability.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max), TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant digital channels.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and optimize the customer journey from acquisition to conversion, identifying opportunities to improve website performance and user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, promotions, offers, creatives, and website content to improve conversion rates.
- Reduce cart abandonment through effective remarketing, email automation, and checkout optimization strategies.
- Implement upselling, cross selling, and product recommendation strategies to increase average order value.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, website rankings, and organic traffic growth.
- Optimize product pages, collection pages, blog content, metadata, and on site content for search engines and customer engagement.
- Manage email marketing, SMS marketing, and customer retention campaigns, including abandoned cart recovery, loyalty programs, and repeat purchase initiatives.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 4,000.00 AED 5,000.00 per month
