About the Role

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Shopify store, ensuring products, collections, pricing, inventory, promotions, banners, and merchandising are updated and maintained accurately
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms
- Analyze website, marketing, and sales performance using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, grow average order value, and maximize online profitability
- Manage email marketing, SMS campaigns, abandoned cart recovery, loyalty initiatives, and customer retention programs
- Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and reporting systems
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, offers, creatives, and promotional campaigns
- Develop and execute SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website visibility
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs, insights, and recommendations
Requirements
- Experience with Shopify store management
- Experience planning and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat
- Proficiency in Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite
- Experience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer retention programs
- Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and maximize ROAS

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Shopify store, ensuring products, collections, pricing, inventory, promotions, banners, and merchandising are updated and maintained accurately
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Performance Max), TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms
- Analyze website, marketing, and sales performance using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, grow average order value, and maximize overall online profitability
- Manage email marketing, SMS campaigns, abandoned cart recovery, loyalty initiatives, and customer retention programs
- Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and reporting systems across all marketing channels
- Monitor product performance, identify top selling and underperforming products, and recommend merchandising or promotional actions
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns and promotional events, including Ramadan, Eid, Back to School, UAE National Day, and other major retail occasions
- Drive monthly online sales performance by achieving revenue, profitability, and business growth targets
- Optimize the customer journey from acquisition through checkout by enhancing user experience
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, offers, creatives, website content, and promotional campaigns
- Implement effective upselling, cross selling, and personalized product recommendation strategies
Pay
- AED 4,500.00 AED 5,000.00 per month
