- Perform roll grinding, sharpening, dressing, and polishing as per production requirements
- Inspect rolls for wear, defects, and dimensional accuracy before and after grinding
- Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and maintenance for consistent quality
- Coordinate with rolling mill team to ensure timely availability of prepared rolls
- Follow all safety, quality, and maintenance procedures
