We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Consultant / Advisory Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. The role involves advising stakeholders, defining platform strategy, and delivering scalable solutions.

- Serve as a trusted advisor for ServiceNow platform strategy and governance
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Design end to end platform architecture following ServiceNow best practices
- Configure and implement ServiceNow modules
- Lead platform assessments, roadmap planning, and process optimization initiatives
- Provide architectural guidance on integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
- Develop functional specifications, solution designs, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders
- Support Agile delivery including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and UAT
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization
- Conduct solution demonstrations and present recommendations to executive stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–10+ years of IT consulting or enterprise platform implementation experience
- 3–8+ years of hands on ServiceNow implementation experience
- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge including ITSM/ITIL best practices, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business process analysis and consulting experience
- Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow transformation projects
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred

Role Overview
- ServiceNow Platform Consultant / Advisory Consultant is required by our expanding consultancy client to lead digital transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions.
- The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business consulting skills to advise stakeholders, define platform strategy, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- The role involves collaborating with business leaders, architects, developers, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
