I'm currently supporting a major enterprise transformation programme and we're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Change & Release Manager to join a large-scale platform team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Owning the end-to-end change and release lifecycle
- Leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities
- Coordinating deployments across DEV, TEST, UAT & PROD environments
- Managing release schedules, dependencies, risks and governance
- Ensuring all platform changes are properly reviewed, approved and deployed with minimal risk
- Working closely with technical and delivery teams to align releases with project timelines
- Driving release discipline and platform stability within a structured governance framework
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in Change, Release or Service Management
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Change & Release processes
- Experience managing CABs, release planning and multi-stream delivery
- Knowledge of update sets, deployments and environment management
- ITIL certification preferred
- ServiceNow exposure essential
