If so, this could be the perfect role for you.
We’re on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our Service business, based in our Dubai office.
This role offers the opportunity to take the lead in building long-term, value-driven relationships with both new and existing key customers.
As a trusted partner to our clients, you'll play a critical role in identifying solutions that drive results for both our clients and KONE.
You’ll manage the entire sales process, from identifying/hunting opportunities to closing deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction while also contributing to the company’s success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead strategic and local customer relationships with a strong focus on partnership and value creation.
- Identify service opportunities and propose tailored solutions that enhance building performance and customer experience.
- Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking someone with a strong customer-first mindset who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering results
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator sales, with strong business development and prospecting (hunting) skills.
- Proven track record of handling strategic key accounts and delivering commercial success.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- A natural relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and influence.
- Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is an added advantage.
- UAE market experience is highly desirable.
