- Accountable for project scope, schedule and budget, delivering the project within contractual requirements and KONE objectives
- Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction
- Ensure professional stakeholder management and proactive customer communication
- Ensure integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE full chain teams
- Manage project deliverables in line with project plan
- Ensure continuous full chain project monitoring and control
- Responsible for successful project start up, project reviews, project reporting and facilitating project governance
- Ensure project status and progress is effectively communicated to KONE management and customer
- Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning, and recovery actions
- Accountable for project financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management and revenue management
- Responsible for driving Sales to Operations handover quality and project closing activities
- Plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competences, manage and lead the full chain project team
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Project Management role
- Proven experience in the elevator and escalator industry
- Fluency in Arabic is essential
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a proactive, results driven approach

Overview
- We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of assigned projects and oversee coordination with all key stakeholders.
- The Senior Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure objectives are achieved within agreed timeline and budget using approved KONE methodologies.
What will you do?
- Accountable for project scope, schedule and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives.
