Overview

Role Responsibilities

  • Build and develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with strategic and key customers across the region.
  • Proactively identify customer needs, develop value adding solutions, and manage sales opportunities from both existing and new customers.
  • Focus on successfully closing deals that meet customer expectations while maximizing KONE's order book, profitability, and long term customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer first mindset who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering results.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Minimum 5 years of service/aftermarket sales experience —ideally within a technical or engineering focused industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and influence.
  • Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is an added advantage.
  • UAE market experience is highly desirable.
