- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage
- UAE market experience is highly desirable

Overview
- We’re on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our Service business, based in our Abu Dhabi office.
- This role offers the opportunity to take the lead in building long term, value driven relationships with key customers, both new and existing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead strategic and local customer relationships with a strong focus on partnership and value creation.
- Identify service opportunities and propose tailored solutions that enhance building performance and customer experience.
- Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking someone with a strong customer first mindset who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering results.
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of service/aftermarket experience —ideally within a technical or engineering focused industry.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- A natural relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and influence.
- Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is an added advantage.
- UAE market experience is highly desirable.
