Role Summary

  • Responsible for preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, managing client communication, supporting payment processes, and maintaining accurate records. Ensures service activities run efficiently and meet company standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in service coordination (HVAC / OEM / FM preferred)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent English; Arabic is Preference.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare AMC, Repair & Replacement quotations and maintain documentation
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, Operations
  • Prepare and send invoices; follow up for payments
  • Handle AMC agreements, courier dispatch, and administrative support
  • Communicate with clients, including Arabic‑speaking Emirati customers
  • Follow up on AMC renewals, repairs, project payments, and closures
  • Maintain accurate digital and manual records
  • Support walk‑in customers and manage incoming calls
  • Prepare reports, charts, and required departmental data
  • Assist Branch Manager with assigned tasks
