Role Overview

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles within our industrial manufacturing environment.
  • This role requires a strategic blend of sourcing expertise, a deep understanding of technical and engineering profiles, and a passion for connecting skilled professionals with rewarding careers.
  • You will be a key business partner, building robust talent pipelines to support SKM's ambitious growth plans across the Gulf region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for critical roles across production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and showcase SKM as an employer of choice.
  • Conduct thorough screening and behavioral interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience.
  • Extend offers, negotiate terms, and manage the pre employment and onboarding process.
  • Proactively build and maintain a rich pipeline of passive and active candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry specific job boards, and professional networks within the HVAC and manufacturing sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical colleges, engineering universities, and trade associations to tap into emerging talent.
  • Represent SKM's employer brand at career fairs, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, technical skill gaps, and strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and industry recruitment trends.
  • Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and selection strategies to ensure high quality hires.
  • Maintain impeccable data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 8 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong preference for backgrounds in industrial manufacturing, engineering, or HVAC sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience in recruiting for technical and skilled trade positions (e.g., HVAC Engineers, Production Supervisors, Welders, CNC Machinists, Quality Controllers).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
  • Strong understanding of end to end recruitment best practices and employer branding principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self motivated, results oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Direct recruitment experience within the HVAC or heavy equipment manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Gulf region labor market and recruitment regulations.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a significant advantage.
