Key Responsibilities

  • Lead specification and vendor enlistment activities for Applied, Unitary, and VRF products across KSA.
  • Manage and develop the Consulting Sales team across the Eastern, Central, and Western regions.
  • Promote HVAC solutions to consulting engineers, project developers, owners, and end users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and key accounts to secure specifications and project opportunities.
  • Influence project specifications during the design stage to ensure favorable tender positioning.
  • Provide technical and application support on HVAC systems and products.
  • Deliver pre sales advisory services, equipment selection, and cost analysis.
  • Conduct technical comparisons and life cycle cost analyses against competitor products.
  • Organize and deliver technical presentations, workshops, seminars, and webinars.
  • Support sales and business development teams with project leads and market intelligence.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Train consultants, designers, and decision makers on HVAC applications and solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong experience in HVAC consulting sales and specification management within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience working with leading HVAC manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Systems, VRF, Chillers, and HVAC applications.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, HAP, HVAC selection software, and load calculations.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales or consulting teams.
  • MBA, PMP, ASHRAE certifications, or other relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
