Overview

  • We are looking for a motivated and high potential Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager to join a leading international organization in Dubai.
  • This role is a hybrid position combining Service Delivery Management (70%) and Project Management (30%), where you will act as a key interface between international clients and internal teams, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and smooth project to operation transitions.

Service Delivery Management (70%)

  • Manage end to end service delivery and ensure SLA compliance
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Monitor KPIs, service performance, and reporting dashboards
  • Oversee incident, request, and change management processes
  • Track ETAs, priorities, and service commitments
  • Analyze service trends and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and follow ups

Project Management (30%)

  • Support delivery of multiple projects (scope, timeline, and coordination)
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Assist with planning activities (WBS, timelines, reporting)
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Prepare dashboards and progress reports
  • Support resource planning and delivery optimization

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of experience in: Service Delivery, Customer Success, Project Coordination / Project Management
  • Strong experience in SLA management, incident handling, and client facing roles
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
  • Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Proactive, organized, and ownership driven mindset

  • ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
  • Power BI or reporting tools
  • MS Project or equivalent planning tools
  • Advanced Excel / PowerPoint

Preferred Profile

  • Junior to mid level professional with strong growth potential
  • Experience in IT services, telecom, or technology environments
  • Comfortable working with international clients
  • Strong problem solving and coordination skills

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 20,000.00 AED 25,000.00 per month
