Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise PKI infrastructure and Certificate Authority (CA) environments
- Manage the complete certificate lifecycle including issuance, renewal, revocation, and validation
- Administer Root CA, Intermediate CA, OCSP, CRL, NDES, and trust services
- Support Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and secure cryptographic key management processes
- Perform PKI monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
- Execute system upgrades, patching, backups, recovery, and disaster recovery activities
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and technical procedures
- Support compliance, audit, and security requirements related to PKI environments
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure certificate services
- Participate in change management and continuous service improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in PKI Administration and Support
- Hands on experience with Microsoft ADCS, EJBCA, Entrust, DigiCert, Venafi, AppViewX, or similar PKI platforms
- Strong understanding of Certificate Authorities, OCSP, CRL, NDES, SCEP, SSL/TLS, and X.509 certificates
- Experience working with HSM technologies such as Thales Luna, SafeNet, Entrust nShield, Utimaco, or CipherTrust
- Experience with certificate lifecycle management and enterprise certificate operations
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, Linux, and networking concepts
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is preferred
- Exposure to compliance, audit, and security best practices is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly skilled PKI Administrator & Support Engineer to join a leading organization in Doha, Qatar.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise PKI environments, Certificate Authorities, HSMs, and certificate lifecycle operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Relevant certifications in PKI, Cybersecurity, DigiCert, Thales, Entrust, Microsoft, or Information Security
