Role overview
Provides customer service and supports food and beverage operations in a hospitality environment.
Handles orders, payments, cleanliness, restocking, customer concerns, and opening and closing activities.
Duties and responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a positive dining or service experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle payments correctly.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, company, and safety standards.
- Assist customers with menu details, inquiries, and special requests.
- Complete and deliver orders promptly and accurately.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Support opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup.
Requirements
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
