- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements
- Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services, costs, and timelines
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
- Conduct vehicle walk arounds and identify additional service opportunities
- Upsell and promote maintenance packages, repairs, and value added services
- Follow up with customers regarding service status, approvals, and vehicle delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Build and maintain long term customer relationships
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Fluency in Tagalog and English
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Proven sales and upselling abilities
- Good knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Willingness to work in any Emirate within the UAE
