Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls promptly
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in accordance with company procedures
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
- Coordinate with internal departments to assist visitors and ensure efficient communication
- Monitor and maintain office and pantry supplies, and coordinate replenishment when required
- Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and other administrative tasks when required
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage

Job Summary
