- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately
- Operate the POS system and issue receipts to customers
- Receive payments, provide correct change, and maintain cash accuracy
- Prepare daily cash reports and perform cash reconciliation at the end of the shift
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding payments, invoices, and services
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while dealing with customers
- Ensure proper handling and security of cash and company assets
- Process refunds, exchanges, and payment adjustments as per company policy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service
- Report any cash discrepancies or transaction issues to the supervisor
- Follow company procedures related to cash handling and financial controls
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Good numerical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills
- Can join immediately
- Can speak Tagalog
