Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and restrooms
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and hygienic throughout the day
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to customers, visitors, and employees
- Maintain the pantry by ensuring it is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with supplies
- Monitor pantry inventory and report shortages of beverages, cleaning materials, and other consumables
- Wash and properly store cups, glasses, plates, and other pantry utensils
- Dispose of waste regularly and maintain cleanliness of dustbins
- Refill drinking water dispensers and ensure water bottles are available when required
- Support meeting room setup by arranging refreshments before meetings
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Perform other housekeeping and administrative support duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping, office cleaning, or similar role is an advantage
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
- Ability to prepare and serve beverages professionally
- Honest, reliable, and well groomed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
- Willing to work flexible hours when required
