- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and visitor management
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
- Support HR and administration teams with general office duties
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage
- 1 3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role
- Fluency in Arabic and English
