Responsibilities
- Talk to potential professional services customers to position the value of workflow packages and assist with closing opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce and other systems
- Become an expert on Clio’s suite of products and the value opportunities it offers to help streamline legal workflows
- Collaborate with customers to assess their current workflows, identify pain points, and recommend workflow enhancements using Clio's legal software suite
- Conduct comprehensive account setup and configuration services, ensuring the software aligns with customer workflows, business processes and best practices
- Assist customers in setting up efficient document generation workflows using a portfolio of Clio’s suite of products
- Leverage prior legal experience to improve workflows related to substantive legal tasks (e.g., legal drafting, legal research, legal strategy, etc.)
- Support customers in adopting AI powered features for legal work while reinforcing best practices and responsible use
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their implementation and adoption journey
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to workflow packages based on customer needs/feedback and sales performance
- Share insights and customer feedback to become an advocate for customers with internal stakeholders and contribute to product enhancements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to co create visionary workflows that address complex business challenges
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in developing and implementing workflow strategies and breaking down complex workflows into simple pieces, ideally within the software or technology industry
- 2+ years of legal experience and/or training at a paralegal or higher level
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills, with a track record of identifying customer needs and influencing outcomes
- A keen interest in improving your craft by using AI with hands on experience for drafting, research, summarization, or workflow support
- Genuine empathy, strong interpersonal skills and ability to make customers feel appreciated and valued
- Proactive and self motivated mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions where appropriate
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while exercising good independent professional judgment
- Exceptional creative mindset to lead business processes through a visionary and collaborative approach

- We are currently seeking a Senior Workflow Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Burnaby, Calgary, Toronto or remotely across Canada (except Quebec).

Salary Range
- The expected salary range for this role is CAD 103,800 to CAD 122,100 to CAD 140,400 CAD.
