- Set the standard for attentive and personalized guest service, anticipating needs and resolving requests efficiently
- Deliver dishes to guests with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to presentation
- Maintain a clean and well organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and reset to the highest standard
- Consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
- Liaise with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication
Requirements
- A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
- Proven experience as Waiter in a luxury high volume restaurant or similar
- A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
- Naturally friendly, customer oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences

Main Duties
- Set the standard for attentive and personalized guest service, anticipating needs and resolving requests efficiently
