- Evaluate guest experiences and implement service improvements
- Work alongside Head Sushi Chef and Sushi Sous Chef to craft and refine sushi creations
Requirements
- Proven experience as Junior Sushi Sous Chef or higher in a luxury high volume restaurant
- Passion for Japanese cuisine
- Team player with ability to work in sync with a large team
- Customer oriented and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences

Main Duties
- Maintain all mise en place at a sufficient level to ensure uninterrupted food flow during service.
- Mentor the sushi team, providing training, guidance, and support.
- Strive for quality of service and consistency in guest experience.

- Work alongside Head Sushi Chef and Sushi Sous Chef to craft and refine sushi creations.
