About the Role
ALDAR is seeking a Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Analysis to lead the development and execution of commercial strategy, establish data-driven analytics, and serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Aldar Development’s overall Commercial strategy, integrating inputs across Sales, CX, Marketing, and Operations
- Cascade the Commercial strategy to all business units, ensuring alignment and assisting in developing departmental scorecards and strategic initiatives
- Lead strategic planning processes including market assessments, financial modelling, and competitive analysis
- Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives within the Commercial function
- Act as primary contact for senior leadership on commercial strategy, performance, and operational improvements
- Establish and maintain a robust data analytics and business intelligence capability across Commercial
- Oversee commercial forecasting, providing accurate revenue projections, budgets, and scenario planning
- Ensure availability, accuracy, and timeliness of data, dashboards, and performance reports for commercial leadership
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic conditions to identify opportunities and risks
- Champion the use of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, CRM analytics) across the function
Requirements
- Min 12+ years of strategy and analytics experience in a large multinational company, real estate firm, or top tier management consultancy
- Min 4+ years of managerial experience leading strategy and analytics teams
- Deep expertise in strategy deployment frameworks and GCC real estate market dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Master’s degree / MBA strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategy development and balanced scorecard frameworks
- Advanced data analytics and BI skills (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, CRM platforms)
- Strong financial modelling and commercial forecasting capabilities
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple strategic workstreams in a fast paced environment
