About the Role
iHorizons is looking for a Senior UX Designer to design and develop the overall functionality of digital products, ensuring exceptional user experience. You will translate business requirements into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Create customer experience journeys for product/project features, web pages, product interstitials, notifications, and other components of the product experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the team.
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.
- Formulate information architecture and navigation for complex data structures.
- Articulate future proof design strategy for multi audience, multi channel, multi app solutions.
- Work with other teams to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Utilize rapid prototyping and iterative design techniques.
- Design for multiple platforms & screens for people centered digital products.
- Deliver engineering friendly design specifications and documentation.
- Conduct benchmarking against similar types of businesses to ensure competitive design.
- Conduct research pre developing the customer experience and surveys to collect end customers’ feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, information designer, interaction designer, and graphic designer
- Proficiency with several graphics tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficient with at least one design program such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent
- Proficiency with wireframe and prototyping tools (Axure is the current tool of choice)
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design, design strategy and process
- Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments for both desktop and mobile
- Experience applying WCAG standards to design concepts
- Proficient with qualitative and quantitative user testing methodologies
- Scrum Master certification preferred
- Google UX Design Professional certification preferred

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, information designer, interaction designer, and graphic designer.
- Experience in professional user interface design or related design disciplines.
- Proficiency with several graphics tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficient with at least one of these design programs such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with wireframe and prototyping tools (Axure is the current tool of choice).
- Ability to work on highly detailed projects, highly creative brand driven projects.
- Experience shipping high quality consumer or enterprise products a plus.
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design, design strategy and process.
- Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments for both desktop and mobile.
- Experience applying WCAG standards to design concepts.
- Proficient with qualitative and quantitative user testing methodologies, such as user research, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), A/B testing, and analysis.
