Role overview

Strategic leadership and transformation

• Lead ERP-enabled transformation across the UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, and Egypt.
• Advise the COO on progress, risks, costs, decisions, and regional governance.
• Align technology strategy with business goals and develop technology roadmaps.
• Secure leadership alignment, trust, commitment, and adoption of the transformation programme.

Business analysis and programme delivery

• Own business processes across Middle East business lines and drive best-practice adoption.
• Lead discovery workshops and document, analyse, prioritise, and validate requirements.
• Maintain programme governance, budgets, dependencies, change control, and reporting.
• Oversee UAT, data migration sign-off, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and business acceptance.
• Transition new or changed services into business as usual with documentation and knowledge transfer.

Technology, data, and vendors

• Own regional data readiness, including chart of accounts, dimensions, taxonomies, and master data quality.
• Maintain a mapped view of the regional technology landscape and integration impacts.
• Evaluate technologies supporting real estate processes and optimise existing systems.
• Manage vendor terms and performance while holding delivery partners accountable for outcomes.
• Champion practical AI use in planning, reporting, analysis, documentation, and process improvement.

Change and adoption

• Lead change communications, stakeholder engagement, user segmentation, and aligned programme messaging.
• Co-champion consistent CRM usage standards and adoption across the region.
• Coordinate workshops, demonstrations, and training to build user confidence.
• Gather post-implementation feedback and improve processes and system utilisation.

Experience and qualifications

• Transformation and consulting experience is essential.
• A minimum of five years of transformation delivery experience across the Middle East is required.
• Experience leading ERP-enabled transformation programmes and major consulting or fixed-term assignments is required.
• Experience working alongside a system integrator or delivery partner in a business-side leadership role is required.
• A strong business process and change management background is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, computer science, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL is a plus.
• Real estate business operations and technology experience is highly advantageous.

Technical skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and D365 Sales/CRM is required.
• Salesforce experience is beneficial; Yardi, MRI, CRM, ERP, and cloud platform familiarity is advantageous.
• Working understanding of financial data governance and trusted business reporting is required.
• Project management methodology knowledge should include Prince2, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills are required.

Eligibility and workplace

• The role is based on-site in Dubai, with travel across the Middle East region as required.
• Candidates must be eligible and available to work in the UAE.
