About the Role
A leading international commodities trading organization in the UAE is hiring a Senior Trade Operations Executive. The role involves managing end-to-end execution of commodity transactions, coordinating international shipments, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete execution lifecycle of commodity transactions, from contract issuance through to final settlement
- Coordinate international shipments, including bulk, breakbulk, containerised and cross trade movements
- Prepare and review trade documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, Letters of Credit, CAD documents and shipping instructions
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020, UCP600 and international trade regulations
- Coordinate with Traders, Suppliers, Buyers, Banks, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders and Surveyors
- Monitor shipment profitability, freight costs, demurrage, detention and operational risks
- Resolve operational issues, documentation discrepancies and commercial claims
- Support continuous process improvement and provide technical guidance to junior team members
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Trade Operations, Commodity Execution or International Trade
- Strong experience handling Letters of Credit (LC), Documentary Collections (CAD), UCP600 and Incoterms 2020
- Experience managing bulk, breakbulk, containerised and cross trade shipments
- Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and trade compliance
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
- Background in Agricultural Commodities, Sugar, Grains, Edible Oils, Animal Feed or FMCG trading is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Trade Operations Executive to join a leading international commodities trading organization based in the UAE.
- This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast paced trading environment and have extensive experience managing the end to end execution of international commodity transactions.
Key Responsibilities

We're Looking For
