About the Role
STANCO Solutions is seeking a Senior Threat Intelligence Manager to lead Cyber Threat Intelligence teams, collect and analyze threat intelligence, and prepare executive-level reports.

- Lead and manage Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) teams
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate actionable threat intelligence
- Prepare executive level threat reports and remediation recommendations
- Improve CTI processes, methodologies, and operational effectiveness
- Monitor CTI performance metrics and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strategic intelligence sharing relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Cyber Hunting, or Information Security
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within CTI functions
- Strong knowledge of Shell, Python, or R scripting
- Experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms and Big Data Analysis tools
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux/Unix, and MacOS environments
- Deep knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and remediation techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field
- Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GREM, GCTI, or equivalent

Project Overview
- Threat Intelligence Center providing cyber resilience services, remote monitoring, and actionable cyber threat intelligence support to clients and SOC teams.
Key Responsibilities
