- Prepare documentation and support the commercial team in day to day activities
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting using Microsoft Excel
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in the Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Shipping Agency industry
- Hands on experience in carrier operations and customer coordination
- Strong knowledge of commercial operations within the logistics sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
