Job Title: IT Sales Manager – Middle East (Dubai-Based)

About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented IT Sales Manager to be based in Dubai, responsible for expanding business across the Middle East region.

This role focuses on driving enterprise sales by offering bundled solutions that include software licensing, system integration, and advanced IT/AI-driven technology services.

The ideal candidate will have strong regional exposure, an established network within the Middle East, and a proven track record in enterprise IT sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across the Middle East market
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise clients for:
  • Software licensing combined with integration services
  • IT infrastructure and digital transformation solutions
  • AI-driven and customized technology solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, and Procurement Heads
  • Leverage existing networks and partnerships to generate and convert business opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in IT/technology sales within the Middle East region
  • Proven track record in selling:
  • Enterprise software licensing solutions
  • System integration services
  • IT infrastructure, AI, or customized technology solutions
  • Strong network of enterprise clients and industry contacts in the Middle East
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the Middle East market (GCC exposure preferred)
  • Relationship-driven with strong networking and influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively position bundled solutions (License + Integration)
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
  • Well-connected within the Middle East enterprise ecosystem
  • Experience working with system integrators, OEMs, or technology providers
