About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage global candidate pipeline and coordinate with international recruitment agencies
- Establish and maintain partnerships with training institutes and vocational programs
- Design and run structured onboarding and induction programs
- Act as liaison between operations managers, branch managers, and HR
- Build employer presence on job boards, LinkedIn, and placement cells
- Track and analyze hiring metrics and report to HR Manager
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law for all hiring documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience sourcing candidates internationally
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, entertainment, or retail industries preferred

Overview

Key Responsibilities
- End to End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles across Orange Wheels and Orange HUB branches
- Global Sourcing: Build and manage a global candidate pipeline; coordinate visa and mobilization logistics
- Institutional Partnerships: Establish tie ups with hospitality training institutes and vocational programs
- Onboarding: Design and run structured onboarding and induction program
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as key liaison between operations managers, branch managers, and HR
- Employer Branding: Build presence on job boards, LinkedIn, and agency networks
- Reporting & MIS: Track hiring metrics and report to HR Manager
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring documentation is accurate and compliant with UAE labour law
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally in hospitality, F&B, entertainment, or retail
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Global Sourcing Exposure: Proven experience sourcing candidates internationally
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog) are a strong advantage
- Edutainment/Entertainment industry preferred
