- Lead end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning
- Manage recruitment metrics, hiring reports, and ensure adherence to timelines and SLAs
- Oversee HR operations including employee lifecycle management, documentation, and process compliance
- Ensure smooth execution of onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR policies
- Drive process improvements and maintain efficient recruitment and operational practices
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent management and organizational development
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Strong expertise in end to end recruitment, stakeholder management, and workforce planning
- Hands on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
