- Participate in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration initiatives
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to architectural standards
- Provide technical guidance during application modernization projects

- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Business, Security, and Vendor teams
- Participate in architecture governance, code reviews, and technology evaluations
Requirements
- 5 8 years of experience in Oracle solution architecture
- Expertise in Oracle E Business Suite (Technical)
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (preferred)
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (REST, SOAP, microservices)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure, or AWS)
- Hands on development background in Java, .NET, or Oracle Technologies
- Working knowledge of Oracle HR modules
- Experience producing architecture diagrams, HLD, LLD, and technical design documents

Role Overview
- We are seeking a technically strong Oracle Solution Architect with expertise in Oracle E Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion, system integration, and enterprise application architecture.
- The role primarily focuses on designing scalable technical solutions, integrating enterprise applications, and supporting Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion modernization initiatives.
- The successful candidate should possess strong technical architecture capabilities with working knowledge of Oracle HR modules.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high performance solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
- Define application, integration, and data architecture for Oracle based enterprise applications.
- Design REST APIs, microservices, and event driven integrations between Oracle systems and external applications.
- Participate in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration initiatives, including architecture planning and integration design.
- Review technical designs and ensure development teams adhere to architectural standards and non functional requirements.
- Provide technical guidance during application modernization projects.
- Define security, scalability, availability, disaster recovery, and performance strategies.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Business, Security, and Vendor teams.
- Participate in architecture governance, code reviews, technical design reviews, and technology evaluations.
- Support technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.
Technical Skills Required (80%)
- Oracle Technologies: Oracle E Business Suite (Technical), Oracle Fusion Cloud (preferred), Oracle Integration patterns, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.
- Enterprise Integration: REST APIs, SOAP Services, Microservices Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, Message Queues, Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Cloud: Experience in one or more: Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS. Knowledge of Containers, Kubernetes, Serverless Computing.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, Integration Architecture, Security Architecture, Scalability, High Availability, Disaster Recovery.
- Data Integration: Experience integrating ERP Systems, HR Systems, Identity Systems, Analytics Platforms, Data Warehouses. Knowledge of ETL and enterprise data integration.
- Development Background: Hands on experience in at least one: Java, .NET, Oracle Technologies. Ability to understand developer implementation.
- Documentation: Experience producing Architecture Diagrams, HLD, LLD, Integration Specifications, Technical Design Documents.
Functional Knowledge (20%)
- Working knowledge of Oracle HR modules including: Employee Lifecycle, Organization Hierarchy, Position Management, Recruitment, Leave Management, Payroll integration concepts.
- Candidate is NOT expected to be a Functional Consultant.
