Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end delivery of multiple IT projects and enhancement initiatives
- Apply and tailor Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies based on project requirements
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and change requests
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards
- Establish project governance and ensure compliance with organizational delivery frameworks
- Build strong relationships with executive leadership, business sponsors, technical teams, and external vendors
- Present project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior management and steering committees
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and facilitate communication between business and IT teams
- Lead the complete vendor management lifecycle including RFP preparation, vendor selection, contract negotiations, implementation oversight, and vendor performance management
- Coordinate closely with SaaS providers, OEMs, and System Integrators to ensure successful solution delivery
- Own project budgets and financial governance, develop and manage business cases with ROI analysis
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system readiness, and deployment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (Mandatory)
- 8–12+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Project Management
- Proven experience delivering enterprise scale IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Previous hands on experience as a Software Engineer or Developer is highly preferred
- Experience managing projects involving internal business teams, IT departments, third party SaaS vendors, OEMs, and System Integrators
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management expertise
- Experience with project governance frameworks and delivery best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 14,000 – 17,000 per month
- Work Visa: UAE employment visa sponsored and processed by the company

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven experience managing complex projects involving internal business teams, IT departments, and third party SaaS implementation partners, and the ability to drive projects from initiation through successful delivery.

- Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees.
- Knowledge of IT governance, release management, and enterprise architecture concepts.
